David Gvinianidze (barytone), the founder of the foundation «Talents of the World», the art- director and the author of concert programs, classical singer and concert touring singer, the adjudicator of different vocal contests and festivals, the teacher and regular member at various musical TV-programms and talk-shows of Russian and American national cable television. David was born in Georgia. Graduated with honours from Tbilisi Academy of Music of M. Paniashvili. Studying at the 2nd course he became an author of his own weekly programme called “Tenor” where he used to talk about classical music, singers, composers, concerts and so on… The programm was so successful that even after several on-air lives, it was broadcasted not only on National television but on International cable TV as well.
Then David Gvinianidze, who was the student of the 3rd course, was invited to become a solo singer at Batumi State Opera and Ballet Theatre. At the same time David became the winner of the Georgian Republican Contest of young singers, won the International contest called “Zolotoe koltso”.
After graduation from Musical Academy David was invited to the New Port Theatre (Great Britain) and other Opera Theatres of Europe. But rejecting those offers, David went to Moscow where, after the very first audition, became the solo singer at New Opera Moscow Theatre.
From 2000 till 2003 years David combines the performances at New Opera Theatre with participation in different International contests: 2001 and 2002 years were very successful and brought the triumph at Rachmaninoff Festival called “White lilac” (in Moscow), in 2002 David became the winner of the International Contest of Russian Romans singers “Romansiada” (in Moscow), in 2004 he won The Singing International Contest of N. Sabitova (in Ufa). In June 2006 David Gvinianidze became the winner of the International Contest of singers “Valsesia- Music” (the chairman of the jury - Fiorenza Cossotto; Milan, Italy). At the same time, in December 2002 he created the fund “Talents of the World” and continued his work with concerts.
In January 2003 (with the invitation of the Theatre), David Gvinianidze became a solo singer at the Moscow Music Theatre “Gelikon Opera”.
David Gvinianidze has received many awards of different festivals such as: Festivals of Pushkin “Boldino’s autumn” (in Nizhny Novgorod), “Musical Kharkiv” (in Kharkiv, Ukraine), “Moscow. Pushkin. Arbat’s music Performances”, Festivals of Russian Music in Nizhny Novgorod and Pskov, Festival called “Maria Bieu invites…” (in Kishinev, Moldova), International festivals “Blooming rosemary” and “Life in harmony”.
